Terms & Conditions – Emily’s Ensemble

Booking Acknowledgment

By booking any Emily’s Ensemble class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Cancellations:

Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Classes

All PAYG bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another available class within the same term, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Transfers cannot be made with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Termly Bookings

Termly bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class, you may make up the missed session by attending another available class within the same term, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Make-up classes are subject to availability and must be used within the same term. Missed classes without notice cannot be transferred or refunded.

Events

All event tickets are non-refundable.

Goodwill Policy

We understand that little ones can be unwell and that plans sometimes change unexpectedly. While our standard notice period applies, we may offer flexibility in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Attendance & Supervision

Each booking is valid for one baby only. Every baby must be accompanied by an adult. Parents and carers are responsible for supervising their child at all times.

Class Participation

Our classes are relaxed and child-led—participation is always encouraged but never required. For everyone’s safety, we ask that adults follow any guidance given by the instructor.

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel a class, you will be offered a replacement class, account credit, or a refund.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
